What is the PRIME Master level exchange programme?
 

Students can follow the 'PRIME track' within a Masters course in the field of Innovation, Science and Technology Policy Studies. You take your first semester at one institute and then move to another to study a specialisation of your choice, write your thesis and/or do a professional project.

On successful completion you will be awarded your Master qualification from your home institute in the normal way. You may also receive a PRIME Graduate Certificate in Research, Innovation and Policy.

 
Who should apply?

The programme is designed for students aiming at a professional career in public or private sector. It will apply the latest research and practice in the fields of innovation analysis, research & innovation policy, and science & technology studies in the teaching of three major themes. The programme will provide an international training environment for students planning a career at national, European and/or international level.

What are the benefits?

The PRIME Master level exchange programme is not an independent Master Degree programme. It is embedded in the Programmes at the participating institutes. However, the additional benefits of following the PRIME Programme pathwayare:

  • International experience
  • Access to a wide range of specialisations that all address key issues of Research and Innovation Policy.
  • Study with academic staff and in academic environment at another Europan University
  • Gaining the PRIME postgraduate certificate
  • Grant of €1000 (only available to certain applicants)
How to apply
  • Contact the Director of Studies at the institute in which you are enrolled (or intend to enroll)
  • Once you have discussed your options you will be asked to complete a PRIME Master exchange application form
